The Hunter Clinics website is an interventional psychiatry provider site. By using the Hunter Clinics website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of Your Personal Information
To better serve you with psychiatric and wellness services, Hunter Clinics may collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Email Address
Phone Number
Billing and Payment Information (for service transactions)
We collect this information when you voluntarily provide it, such as when scheduling an appointment, filling out a contact form, or communicating with us via email. Additional non-personal information may be collected automatically, such as browser type, IP address, domain name, and site usage statistics.
If you purchase Hunter Clinics’ products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. Newsletter Sign-Up and Marketing Communications

We do not use newsletter sign-up to collect or store any health or treatment information, and we ask that you not include any personal health information in any open text fields on our sign-up form.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing will stop future newsletter emails but does not affect any other communications related to your care, if you are also a patient of Hunter Clinics.
We retain newsletter subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and will delete your information within 30 of your unsubscribe request.

Process billing and insurance claims
Communicate appointment updates or administrative details

Hunter Clinics may also use your contact information, provided you have not opted out, to inform you of other products or services available from Hunter Clinics and its affiliates. As described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, we will not use or share your protected health information for marketing purposes without your authorization.

This deletion right does not apply to protected health information (PHI), including medical and clinical records, which we are required to retain and maintain under HIPAA and applicable state law. With respect to your PHI, you have the right to request an amendment or correction, as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, rather than deletion.
Children Under Thirteen
Hunter Clinics does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Electronic Communications and Security
Hunter Clinics may send emails to communicate appointment reminders, administrative information, or general updates. Please note that email is not a secure form of communication, and there is some risk that messages may be intercepted or read by unintended third parties.
